Problems with grafics and RTF

Hi,

I,m converting SGML to RTF working with JADE and the pictures instead of
being included in the RTF they appear referenced.

{\*\fldinst INCLUDEPICTURE "image.bmp" }

Is it possible the pictures to be included in the RTF code?
