Hi Jack,

You mean "if DSSSL is not bundled with IE" I guess. Because actually IE can
render SGML and XML with DSSSL with the SGML/XML kit. However the package is
not bundled with IE as is CSS and XSL. However it may be bundled with
Mozilla :-)

DSSSL dead?  As far as I can see, DSSSL was never really "alive", but it's
still the best tool we have.  Unfortunately, as long as Internet Explorer
doesn't render it, it will never be broadly popular, Scheme syntax not
withstanding.
