Thank you Norman,

not only dblib.dsl is included twice...(probably by playing around with
in-/excluding different modules) 

After correction I still get:
1) jade.exe:c:\projekte\working\online\w1\dsl\dbcommon.dsl:1598:7:E:
reference to undefined variable "gentext-element-name"

2) jade.exe:c:\projekte\working\online\w1\dsl\dblib.dsl:1357:25:E:
identifier "dingbat" already defined in same part
jade.exe:c:\projekte\working\online\w1\dsl\dbhtml.dsl:234:1: first
definition was here

3) jade.exe:c:\projekte\working\online\w1\dsl\dbnavig.dsl:135:5:E:
reference to undefined variable "gentext-nav-home"

and a lot others. Maybe you still have helpful ideas.
