Tables in the JadeTeX processing are not at all robust or finished. they are much better than they used to be, but to hear that you have problems does not surprise me, I am afraid. Solving this problem requires some really quite serious and sustained TeX work which a) I personally do not have the time for, and b) is, I think, actually beyond me.
