(dsssl) Dictionary style headers?

Hello,

Currently I'm using the James Clark's 'if-front-page' procedure to determine
left and right page headers and footers. After an RTF file has been
generated, I bring the file into MS Word and format the dictionary style
headers. However, it would be great to use DSSSL - Jade for that dictionary
header step.

Does any one have a method for producing dictionary style headers via DSSSL
(or Jade)?
