(dsssl) alcovebook-sgml 0.0.999.1

This is a maintainance release of alcovebook-sgml, only fixing a
couple of small problems.  Barring any big problem, the next release
should be 0.1.

I also updated the Packages.gz, so that Debian users can just apt-get   
the packages from Savannah.
