I don't know what "aircraft ATA 100 compliant SGML" is, I'm afraid,
and I don't know whether that's supposed to be output or input.

What sort of time frame are you thinking of?  Are you familiar with
Lisp-like languages (Lisp or Scheme)?  What kind of formatted output
were you thinking of?
