Subject: [jats-list] oXygen XML Editor framework for JATS available (beta) From: Wendell Piez <wapiez@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Wed, 7 Nov 2012 11:53:30 -0500 |
Dear JATS-List: Users of oXygen XML Editor and XML Author may be interested to download a draft version of a new framework for oXygen, supporting JATS, available on github at https://github.com/wendellpiez/oXygenJATSframework. It includes a copy of the Preview stylesheets from NCBI, plus CSS stylesheets supporting "pretty" editing, inline documentation on elements valid for insertion, etc. Support is nominally limited to NISO JATS 1.0 and NLM BITS 0.2, but you will find that many features will work for older versions of the NLM DTDs as well. Plus, it's straightforward for developers to modify and extend. (But note: only a beta!)
