While we're on the subject of minor corrections, this definition of
"year" is a bit odd:

* Best Practice: When possible, the year should be expressed as a
4-digit number, for example, "1776", "1924", or "1.02".

This one is odder and will require research.
"1/02" IS a 4-character number, and that may be relevant, or not.
Will see why this is not obvious/logical and report back.
