[jats-list] BITS/JATS DT Standard Parameter Entities reported as referenced, but not declared in Oxygen XML Editor

Dear all,

I get the error message that standard entities like %jats-common-atts; are
referenced, but not declared in the BITS modules (DTD format). This error
occurs in Oxygen XML Editor. All the modules can be found in the same folder,
but it seems like Oxygen cannot detect the relationship between the modules.
It might be just a simple setup I have missed but can somebody help me with
that problem?
