Re: [jats-list] history and pub-history events in JATS

It looks like both "history" and "pub-history" are for recording
dates/events that aren't publication dates (which go in "pub-date"
instead). The difference between the two is that "history" contains simple
"date" elements, and "pub-history" contains more complex "event" elements.
