Hi Armin

Yes, you are correct :-) The JATS4R recommendation deliberately used
existing tags for this purpose because until there is more uptake it is
probably premature to ask for more tags to be added. However, if everyone
follows the JATS4R recommendation then the custom-meta usage will be easily
machine-readable and mineable cross-corpus, which is our aim!
