[jats-list] book-volume-number vs. volume-in-collection/volume-number

Hi all,

I am still unsure what the difference is between book-meta/book-volume-number
and collection-meta/volume-in-collection/volume-number?
>From the description in the BITS documentation I would assume both should
hold the volume number of a book if that's published within a series or
multi-volume work.

What am I missing?
