[jats-list] ANSI/NISO Z39.96-2024, JATS: Journal Article Tag Suite, version 1.4 has been released

Hi everyone

NISO released JATS version 1.4 yesterday. One of the big updates is the
ability to model multilingual documents. That is, articles that include
substantial portions of text in two or more languages.
