Hi
I would like to ask if and how others might be including any TDM policy URLs
and reservations in JATS/BITS

While <license license-type="tdm"> and <ali:licence_ref> lend themselves to
capturing the policy URL,  I wonder how others are considering capturing the
reservation 0 or 1?

Suggested as:
<custom-meta>
    <meta-name>tdm-reservation</meta-name>
    <meta-value>1</meta-value>
</custom-meta>
