Hi,

I would advise against using @specific-use for this purpose, as it goes
against the recommened best practice:

> This attribute is not used to make semantic distinctions; the attribute
@content-type<https://jats.nlm.nih.gov/extensions/bits/tag-library/2.1/attrib
ute/content-type.html> is more appropriate to tell, for example, "skeletal"
system material, "circulatory" system material, and "lymphatic" system
material, or "legal" material from "engineering" material. The @specific-use
attribute is used to make usage or processing distinctions, for example,
audience or sorting distinctions.

Hi Daniel,
When we have a paragraph with an inline text in a different language from the
rest of the text, we use a <named-content> element with the attribute
@specific-use="foreign-phrase". You can see it in an example in the Related
Elements section of the <named-content> element page in BITS 2.1:

However, we use it in a context where the language of the part differs from
the language of the surrounding text. So, the question remains that we first
need to define what the title language is.
