[jats-list] Dealing with whole issues in JATS

Hi everyone

I was wondering how you can deal with whole issues in JATS XML. If my
understanding is correct, there's currently no official way to specifiy whole
issues, right? I guess, I could maybe use BITS or a custom manifest file for
the issue. Is that correct or am I missing something? How do work with whole
issues? Are there any best practices?

Also, how do you deal with the pagination issues that arise if you publish an
article as soon as it's ready and than later in the finished issue?
