[niso-sts] Standards Metadata - how to tag?

Hello,

I have the following information associated with a standard:

INCH-POUND
MIL-STD-xxxx
w/CHANGE 1
Dd Month yy
SUPERSEDING
MIL-STD-xxxx
Dd Month yy

The first is the measurement type used throughout the standard.
Followed by the standard number, version/change information, and the release
date.
And then the information for the prior version with SUPERSEDING.

What would be the preferred way of encoding the previous version information
as well as the measurement information?
