		    <OBJECT>
		    <FRAMESET rows="50%, 50%">
		      <FRAME src="FIRST.htm">     
		      <FRAME src="SECOND.htm">     
		    </FRAMESET>
		    </OBJECT>
		    </BODY>
		   </HTML>
		  </rule>
