Not via XSL, no. You could write server-side code to perform this task....
though it's more common to want to just take the input fields and convert
them into an XML object which does _not_ include all the original HTML.

Going from XML to XMLified HTML _is_ something XSL can do... though since
HTML isn't currently 100% XML compatable, it isn't completely obvious or
trivial.
