please don't do that. Getting mail twice, the second time in html, is
always annoying, but it also messes up the list archive

The latest draft XSL spec lets you specify the doctype and XML
declaration using attributes to control the xml output-method.

IE being based on the December draft doesn't have this feature, although
probably you can drop into script to get the effect you want if you must
use MSXSL.
