Both are left without the key developer. Keith Visco is now hired by
Exoffice which is dedicated to Apache Xalan. All Keith's efforts will go
in making Xalan stronger rather than continuing XSL:P.

For TransforMiiX, that's another story since it was developed by Keith
but when working for Mitre so he doesn't have the rights to move this to
xml.apache.org (not to work on any other XSLT C++ implementation for a
couple of years)
