If it makes people feel any better about this, MS have promised a new
version of msxml.dll which "conforms to the latest specs for XSLT and
XPath", to be released at some point next month. (I'll believe it when I see
it...)

XSL elements supported by Microsoft.

Depends on what you mean with "for the NT environment".
Lots of XSL processors run under NT, e.g. XT, but with
the XMLDOM ActiveXObject there is no other besides MSXSL.
