How to display page numbers using xsl

Subject: How to display page numbers using xsl

Hi All,
    I want to display 15 records per page and display page numbers on the
top.
(1 2 3 4 5 .. etc)

 A click on the page number (Eg.2) displays record numbers
16 to 30 .

How do I do that using XSL?

I'm using the xsl namespace http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl
