Wow lot of code, The problem is with your stylesheet. You have a named template that is never called. Try changing this <BODY> <xsl:apply-templates /> </BODY> to this <BODY> <xsl:call-template name="header" /> </BODY> No guarantee that that will work. Always try out these problems with static files and a tool like Translate found in the utilities section of my site.
