Just a question -- we recently downloaded FOP's latest (I think 14), and noticed
the nice-n-nifty html (or really xhtml)-to-pdf stylesheets are gone (I think
James Tauber had been the original wizard of these wonders) -- reasoning?

just curious, not critical, since the pkg. definitely rocks, rolls, and rules at
any rate anyway . . . and we've not searched _exhaustively_ yet, so it may be
there just named diff'ly. Suggestions?
