If you are doing this in the browser (with linked stylesheet) which it seems
that you are then you can't pass this info in as a parameter. You need to do
something like
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0"
<msxsl:script language="JavaScript" implements-prefix="fn">
	function getFN(context){
		return context.nextNode.url;
<xsl:variable name="filename" select="fn:getFN(/)" />
<xsl:template match="/">
	<xsl:value-of select="$filename" />

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
<?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="test.xsl"?>
<test />
