The easiest way is to go XML+XSL -> HTML+ http://www.bayes.co.uk/xml/index.xml?/xml/utils/htmltodoc.xml -> Word. Then there is Eric van der Vlist's http://4xt.org/downloads/examples/outputhandlers/rtf/ to get RTF using XT.
