Check out the Mulberry Slideshow stuff at 
http://www.mulberrytech.com/slideshow/index.html. It calls in Norm Walsh's 
CALS table handling (distributed with his DocBook stuff) for a non-DocBook DTD.

It wasn't *that* bad....
