ok, by the time I had read the entire thread I had realised the big guns
on the list had decided d-o-e was the way to go.  But is this really a
good starting point?:

<Sections label="&lt;xsl:value-of
select=&quot;/Doc/FirstName&quot;&gt;"/>

To me thats just asking for trouble, and once you realise the correct
way to create a stylesheet from stylesheet by using namespace-alias, you
wont worry about embedding xslt in your xml (ultimately going against
the principle of content only).
