[xsl] Error 8000000a "The data necessary to complete ..."

I´m using this DOCTYPE:

and I´m getting this error:

msxml4.dll error '8000000a'

The data necessary to complete this operation is not yet available.

Anybody knows what´s that? pleaseeeeeeeee

(Yes, David. It´s not working yet)
