Well, Dimitre your solution requires support for node-set() function too...

It's in imported foldl.xsl file.

Any way, both ways are wrong to me, because I require something what 
will work with PHP and Sablotron which doesn't support node-set() 
extension function.

But for now I will give up and eliminate duplicates in two 
transformations and will wait for Sablotron 1.x or I'll take closer look 
on Saxon, Xalan and other tools.
