RE: [xsl] Converting PST to GMT.

I would use the extension functions at exslt.org, which have some date
arithmetic functions implemented as an XSLT import.  Depending on how
your date is formatted, you may have to parse it first into the format
which the exslt library requires (the canonical XSD format).
