I should hasten to add, in agreement with other posts on this topic, that often people think they need to do this, but they don't, so some clarification of why you want your entities, and what's your setup, is also in order.

Preprocess your file before transfo is you can't use Unicode while creating file nor convert to Unicode your whole repository.
