You just have to use the same names in your match expression as in your source. Your input doc has elements in the namespace http://www.fasdfsdf.com but your stylesheet is matching a different set of elements, in the namespace http://www.tridion.com/ContentManager/5.0 You've confused yourself by using teh same prefix for these two elements but the prefix doesn't matter.
