Thanks for all of you for your suggestions. It works great. 
But I am wondering is there any way I can do this by not saying "Trade" node in my xsl. 
That is making it more generic to replace my keys any where in my xml. But my Fields will be at fixed location at "Data/Fields/_".

And this is an in-between solution that optimizes the lookup to avoid 
repeated tree traversals, without going all the way to keys.... :->
