What do you mean by that? 

Furthermore if i clear &amp;  and just use
<fo:inline >Report: Profit and Loss</fo:inline>
it will show up. 

My xsl sheet starts with <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

Any more suggestions, tips?
