If someone else might have the same problem, I just wanted to say that I 
changed the solution to:
..
<xsl:template match="/">
<Output>
 <xsl:for-each select="$Doc2/@*">
 <xsl:copy-of select="."/>
 <xsl:copy-of select="$Doc1/@*[not(name()!=name(current()))]"/>
 <!-- <xsl:copy-of select="$Doc1/@*[name()=name(current())]"/>-->
 </xsl:for-each>
 <xsl:text>Some text in the output element</xsl:text>
</Output>
</xsl:template>

The old line is commented out. I found that the old one would copy every 
attribute from $Doc1 if but one attribute of the same name exists in $Doc2.
