         Iam not sure what you mean by "Text". XML is plain text. Do you
mean plain text such as would be generated from a wordprocessor containing
no markup whatsoever.

xml using the XML::CSV perl module or some other software and then apply an

I am very well know that we can convert XML files into any other files
viz. HTML, XHTML, SGML , Text by using XSL. Is it possible to convert
Text into XML,HTML using XSL? If yes, please let me know the resources.
