Gestalt is gexslt plus extras.
At the moment, the plus consists of URI resolvers for http and ftp,
and experimental support for writing scripts (only tried so far for
the error listener) in languages that can compile to the Parrot VM.

The reason for the separation, is that gexslt is part of the Gobo
project, so anything that requires additional library support not in
Gobo has to go into gestalt.
