I've just found out another caveat - this binary was compiled without
garbage collection compiled in, so although it will be really fast on
short transforms (many times faster than Saxon, for instance), it will
crash on large transformations.
Oh well, currently gexslt has severe performance problems on long
running transformations anyway (I'm tackling them gradually).
