David Carlisle clued me in on the & quote ; problem, thanks. Oh, about the carriage return, I was concentrating on the other problem and didn't take the time to look up the entity reference for carriage return. Thanks for pointing it out.

' instead.  Did you tried to replace the " by
'"' ?

  PS: I wonder if I spook about '&' or '"' in my previous
response.  Indeed, it would be '"'.
