Ruby on Rails is a web platform to interface with relational databases. Drupal is a web content managment platform.
Are you just looking for a hyped platform that does XSLT? Or do you have a specific project, thus requirement in mind?
I love using XSLT. But it does seem that right now the RoRs and Drupals and suchlikes are in the ascendant.
What frameworks do people know about that cope well with XSLT?
