We need to know where you are starting from. Are you using XSLT 1.0 or XSLT
2.0 (grouping is much easier in 2.0). And what have you tried so far?

Look at xsl:for-each-group in 2.0, or the various techniques at
www.jenitennison.com/xslt/grouping for 1.0
