yes, but that is because when I tried to use
<xsl:template match="failure">
<p>FAILURE INFO:</p>
<xsl:call-template name="substitute">
<xsl:with-param name="string" select="." />
</xsl:call-template>
</xsl:template>
the xml/xslt page couldn't load....
