The PsychoPath XPath 2.0 engine was donated to Eclipse. It was later
made 100% compliant to W3C XPath 2.0 test suite. The major adopter of
PsychoPath XPath engine, currently is Xerces XSD 1.1 validator.

I'm member of PsychoPath Eclipse team. We still respond to XPath 2.0
engine bug fixes and improvements.

For interest of persons tracking current PsychoPath builds, the
relevant pages are,
http://wiki.eclipse.org/PsychoPathXPathProcessor
http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/sse/ (this is the umbrella project,
which hosts PsychoPath)
