I don't see how. Practically every possible syntactical construction is covered by, and appears illustrated in the W3C's recommendations, such as the HTML 4.01 Specification. see http://www.w3.org


But then again, ever increasingly with regard to copyright related (& other matters), it seems even the most atrociously, insultingly, ridiculous is possible in/by the U.S.A.
