Subject: Proper citation of E-Reserves From: "Valerie A. Lang" <langval@xxxxxxxx> Date: Wed, 21 Jan 2004 09:37:46 -0500 |
For academic libraries: We are in the process of implementing an E-Reserve system at the College, (finally!). Among our concerns is how to properly cite a work. Is there a preferred PLACE to put the citation information? Our question is not so much WHAT to include as WHERE to include it. We are considering: (1) A separate cover page for the e-reserve article, with citation information (title, volume, date, etc.), OR (2) Including the citation information on the front page of the article itself. Thank you again - you are all very helpful. Valerie A. Lang Librarian / Copyright Officer HVCC Troy, NY
