Subject: Electronic Reserves and CDs From: "Mackey,Teri L" <tmackey@xxxxxxxxxx> Date: Wed, 14 Sep 2005 14:49:40 -0400 |
I have a question about electronic reserves. A professor wants to place personal copies of instructional CDs on electronic reserve, so that his students can learn how to operate machinery before they are required to do so. These CDs are usage manuals for particular machines. The material would be passworded and only available to his students. Is there a copyright issue with posting these files? Thank you, Teri Mackey tmackey@xxxxxxxxxx
