You might want to look at http://www.copyright.gov/circs/circ1.html#wnp Which says that" "Titles, names, short phrases, and slogans; familiar symbols or designs; mere variations of typographic ornamentation, lettering, or coloring; mere listings of ingredients or contents" Are not copyrightable. However, I would consider the instructions for mixing those ingredients to be copyrightable, since the instructions can be creative (especially mine!).
